As Tabua Investments Limited, the developers of Denarau Island, is in the process of exiting and handing over all common area services, facilities and infrastructure, Denarau Corporation Ltd has since been setup as the main body corporate for Denarau Island. Established under the Charter of Denarau Island, Denarau Corporation Limited embarks on a new change management program to ensure sustainable delivery of services and maintenance resources and infrastructure all of which are earmarked to be launched from 2011 to support the island's new strategic initiative and brand - DESTINATION DENARAU.
