The development of 44 apartments is being offered to individual purchasers who will have a choice of purchasing as Owner/Occupiers or to join a Management Scheme under which a designated manager will let the apartment for short to medium stays.

The Management Scheme apartments are designed to cater for both short term and medium term guests. Purchasers acquiring an apartment for this purpose will be required to purchase a standard Furniture Package to ensure that there is a standard consistent between apartments, which is needed for letting purposes. The income from apartments will not be pooled however owners will be regularly informed of the overall occupancy that is achieved for all apartments in the scheme. To receive the Government incentives, there will be a restriction on the amount of usage an Owner can use the apartment when participating in the Management Scheme.
